feat: Add Universal Translator speech style guides
Add 15 YAML files for SkyrimNet Universal Translator: - 10 racial profiles (Nord, Imperial, Breton, Redguard, Altmer, Bosmer, Dunmer, Orsimer, Argonian, Khajiit) - 5 faction profiles (Bandit, Pirate, Vampire_Mad, Vampire_Cunning, Forsworn) Style guide format provides vocabulary banks and speech rules rather than example lines, allowing LLM to generate authentic dialogue instead of repeating scripted phrases.
