feat: Add comprehensive load order guide

8-section load order with rationale:
1. Frameworks & Combat (BFCO, Precision, SCAR)
2. SimonRim Suite (Simon's recommended order)
3. Survival Stack (Campfire, Last Seed, Stress/Fear, Bathing)
4. Economy & Loot (EVE, Morrowloot, Jewelry)
5. Content & Quests (LOTD, JaySerpa suite)
6. Relationships (M.A.R.A.S)
7. Patches (grouped by interaction type)
8. Final patches (Synthesis/Bashed)

Includes post-install checklist:
- Pandora, Synthesis, LOOT, DynDOLOD
- MCM settings reminders
